Concert info
During our concert evenings we are open between 17:30-22.00. The concert itself starts around 7.30 pm and usually lasts around an hour and a half with a break in the middle. All our concerts are child and dog free. The limit for children is 13 years, but note that it is still the full ticket price that applies. Please note that we do not refund already purchased tickets if you can not come to a concert.
Smoking around the barn is not allowed. We have a designated place for smoking to reduce the risk of fire around grass and soil. Do not fumble in the yard or throw portion snus on the ground. We live here and this is our garden where we and our animals move. We kindly ask you to respect that.
The food
From 17:30, we serve food for concert attendees. We have 75 dining seats available, and if you wish to dine, we recommend booking your seat as soon as you purchase your ticket, as dining seats tend to fill up quickly. The food is not included in the ticket and is paid for with Swish or cash upon arrival. We always serve a fixed two-course menu, consisting of a starter and a main course, priced at 395 SEK. Dessert can also be added for an additional 95 SEK. The cost is subject to slight variations depending on ingredient prices. Our menu primarily features beef or chicken, but we also offer a vegetarian option.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special dietary requirements. However, we want to emphasize that if we use dairy products in our food, they are always lactose-free. We also provide gluten-free alternatives for those with gluten sensitivities. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free from lactose, gluten, nuts, etc., so if you have severe allergies, please consider this when booking your meal.
When making a reservation, please specify if you require gluten-free or vegetarian options. This helps us prepare environmentally friendly meals and avoid unnecessary food waste.
The food service closes shortly before the performance begins, but beverages, coffee, and snacks are available for purchase throughout the evening.
The wine
New from the 2022 season is that Herman’s barn has been granted a serving license. We can now offer you who come to our concerts and other events a good glass of wine, a refreshing beer and even a glass of wonderful bubbly.
Seating
Our lodge is divided into two parts, where the seats in the front part of the stage are primarily intended for you who are going to eat. We reserve the right to place a table in both order and depending on the number of people in the party. We fill the lodge from the stage and back and have seats also in the back, and you can see and hear just as well from there.
We recommend you to arrive on time and no later than 18.30 if you have booked a table and food. Then you have time to eat before the concert begins.
Book a table
You book a table by sending an e-mail to us at bokabord@hermanslada.se. You will then receive a confirmation of your booking. We do not accept bookings by phone. Do not forget to indicate which concert you are going to and who is on the tickets. This is to make it easier for us to follow up and place a table based on our list from the ticket system.
Availability
Herman’s barn is accessible to everyone with a custom lift up to the lodge where the concert takes place. Email us if you need to use the elevator and we will prepare the best place for you.
