Concert info
During our concert evenings we are open between 17:30-22.00. The concert itself starts around 7.30 pm and usually lasts around an hour and a half with a break in the middle. All our concerts are child and dog free. We have an age limit of 13 years with the regular ticket price.
Hermans Lada does not refund tickets if you are unable to attend. If you have purchased your ticket with cancellation protection, it is hendled through the ticket portal Nortic where the tickets are bought. Please contact them regarding this matter.
Smoking around the barn is not allowed. We have a designated place for smoking to reduce the risk of fire around grass and soil. Do not fumble in the yard or throw portion snus on the ground. We live here and this is our garden where we and our animals move. We kindly ask you to respect that.
The food
From 17:30, we serve food to concert attendees who wish to dine.
We prepare all our dishes from scratch, focusing on homegrown and locally sourced ingredients, using high-quality olive oils and authentic Parmesan for the best flavor. If we use dairy products, they are always lactose-free. We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, but we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free of lactose, gluten, nuts, etc., so if you have severe allergies, please take this into consideration when booking your meal.
If you prefer vegetarian or gluten-free food, please specify this when booking. This helps us cook sustainably and avoid food waste.
As we have a limited number of dining seats, we recommend booking your meal as soon as you purchase your ticket!
The menus vary slightly depending on seasonal ingredients, but here are two examples of what our 3-course menus might look like: Note that we only prepare one fixed menu for everyone! These are just two examples to give you an idea of the food.
Starter: Caprese
Main course: Veal meatballs in a rich tomato sauce with durum wheat pasta and aged Parmesan
Dessert: Strawberry tiramisu
Starter: Beet tartare with capers, mayonnaise, pickled turnip, and aged Parmesan
Main course: Slow-cooked beef cheek ragu with potato cake
Dessert: Panna cotta with berries
A 2-course meal costs 395 SEK (dessert not included)
A 3-course meal costs 490 SEK (including dessert)
Payment for food can be made via Swish or in cash upon arrival.
Meal service ends shortly before the concert begins, but drinks, coffee, snacks, and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
The wine
New from the 2022 season is that Herman’s barn has been granted a serving license. We can now offer you who come to our concerts and other events a good glass of wine, a refreshing beer and even a glass of wonderful bubbly.
Seating
Our lodge is divided into two parts, where the seats in the front part of the stage are primarily intended for you who are going to eat. We reserve the right to place a table in both order and depending on the number of people in the party. We fill the lodge from the stage and back and have seats also in the back, and you can see and hear just as well from there.
We recommend you to arrive on time and no later than 18.30 if you have booked a table and food. Then you have time to eat before the concert begins.
Book a table
You book a table by sending an e-mail to us at bokabord@hermanslada.se. You will then receive a confirmation of your booking. We do not accept bookings by phone. Do not forget to indicate which concert you are going to and who is on the tickets. This is to make it easier for us to follow up and place a table based on our list from the ticket system.
Availability
Herman’s barn is accessible to everyone with a custom lift up to the lodge where the concert takes place. Email us if you need to use the elevator and we will prepare the best place for you.
